Les missions du poste
A leading regional investment fund, a key player in the Normandy economy, is seeking a Capital Development Business Manager (M/F) based in Colombelles (Caen). This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-potential local companies, working across the entire investment cycle : sourcing, financial analysis, structuring, strategic monitoring, and divestment.
As a Business Manager (M/F), you will report to the investment team and will BE involved in all stages of the development capital investment process :
Your main missions :
* Identify, qualify and analyze investment opportunities in Normandy.
* Carry out strategic, financial and sector analyses (business plans, valuation, market research).
* Participate in the structuring of operations : financial packages, drafting of investment notes, presentation to internal committees.
* Support the managers of portfolio companies in their strategic and operational development.
* Monitor participations : governance, performance management, reporting.
* Participate in divestment operations.
* Represent the fund at local and national economic events.
This role offers strong strategic exposure, a diversity of missions, and the opportunity to actively contribute to the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Le profil recherché
For this position of Business Manager (M/F), the candidate must have higher education in finance and 4 years of experience in Private Equity, transactional audit, M&A, strategic management control or corporate finance.
He masters financial fundamentals, including valuation, modeling, and business plan analysis. He possesses excellent writing and synthesis skills, as well as great rigor, intellectual curiosity, and an analytical mind. He is comfortable in interpersonal relationships, enjoys teamwork, and knows how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and responsively. Fluent professional English is required, and knowledge of the regional economic fabric or a strong interest in the territories is a plus.
