The Opportunity

For Worldline's Innovation & Digital Experience Acceleration Team, we are seeking a talented and motivated Data & Marketing Analyst. In this transversal role, you will leverage your analytical skills and marketing expertise to support our customer-centric initiatives, enhance our solutions showcase, and drive impactful marketing strategies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Establish, collect and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Monitoring and steering performance plans via key performance indicators.

- Design and maintain analytics dashboards that provide data-driven insights.

- Impulsing new process or tool's improvement to ease analysis.

- Support of Marketing activities: ensure that client marketing needs are effectively met, facilitating seamless communication and support for marketing initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For

- Currently pursuing a Bac +5, specializing in Marketing/Data Analysis (on a gap year internship or at the end of studies).

- Proficiency in Power BI is a must for this position.

- Experience with the MS Office Package with advanced skills in Excel.

- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.

- Motivation and passion for Project management and strategic marketing skills.

- You are proactive and always take the initiative.
