Les missions du poste
We are looking for a bilingual English-speaking sales assistant for our client, for a part-time position.
The Supply Chain Manager France is responsible for all supply chain topics concerning the French market for EMX-SP, with the exception of Boussens and Beauty Care Solutions. This includes :
- Planning of the transfer Supply ex Meaux for the EMO business. This involves ensuring that the interests of EM are considered in the planning and transport management process.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the French regional distribution center (Daher). The manager will ensure good service to both internal and external customers and will intervene in case of any process disturbances.
Serving as the single point of contact for supply chain topics and projects, particularly for the French market. This person will act as a contact for internal and external stakeholders like customers, transport companies, or suppliers. The SC Manager will also lead and coordinate projects in the supply chain area.
- Planning of external productions at tollers in France and the setup and planning of external purchased articles in the French market.
- Handling Supply Chain topics on a local, European, or global level, such as the rollout of a new planning tool, supporting tenders, or setting up a new global demand validation process.
Le profil recherché
The following skills are needed for the Supply Chain Manager France position :
Languages : Fluent in both French and English.
IT Skills : Proficient in SAP Cobalt/APO, Windows, and standard MS Office applications, especially with advanced Excel knowledge.
Soft skills :
Good communication and networking.
Project management skills and the ability to work with deadlines.
Experience managing stressful situations.
Experience as a team leader and team developer.
Deep knowledge of the supply chain.
