As a Group Talent Acquisition Director you will report to the HR VP Transformation in the HR department based in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
- Define and implement a global Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Design a future operating model to drive recruitment excellence across the Group.
- Strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and lead employer branding and HR marketing initiatives.
- Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience using data-driven insights and innovation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a performance-driven international Talent Acquisition team, fostering best practices and collaboration and leveraging AI tools.
- Work closely with Talent Management team, ideally knowledge about Talent management and Org. development would BE a strong plus
What about you?
- Proven leadership experience in global talent acquisition, ideally in an international and multicultural setting.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, and employer branding strategies.
- A good understanding of talent management, including internal mobility, succession planning, and long-term workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills at executive level, combined with a results-driven mindset and strong proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
- Bring both strategic and operational skills together in person and in the team
- Fluency in English (mandatory); French and/or German is a strong advantage.
