As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with our business goals, ensuring that our people practices drive organizational success. You will BE the go-to person for both managers and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent in our fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You'll BE :
- Trusted relationships with C-levels and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Enhancing employee engagement through impactful initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.
- Partnering with teams to drive talent development and succession planning.
- Leveraging data and insights to shape decision-making and continuously improve HR processes

Your Missions
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.
- Contribute and implement global HR strategies within your area to cultivate a high-performance culture by focusing on talent development, coaching, and performance management Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and team dynamics to ensure scalable growth.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational evolution in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and leverage insights to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- You have 5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
- You are skilled in aligning HR initiatives with business goals and have a proven track record of driving organizational success.
- You Excel at managing end-to-end HR processes and have a strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
- You are adept at change management, organizational design, and fostering team dynamics in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- You are data-driven, with experience analyzing HR metrics and using insights to drive decisions.
- You thrive in a results-oriented culture and are passionate about fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- You are fluent in French & English.
