We are expanding our presence in North America and we are looking for a motivated and bilingual Business Development Manager to join our team.
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include :
- Representing and promoting Lessonia's portfolio of finished cosmetic products to customers across France and international markets, with a key focus on North America
- Growing and managing an existing portfolio while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting client and prospect visits across the East Coast and beyond
- Driving development projects in collaboration with internal teams
- Leading commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Providing regular reports and insights to the Sales Director
- Collaborating closely with the teams in France, including occasional travel to our production site in Brittany

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience, ideally in the cosmetics, beauty, or chemical industry
- Fully fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while coordinating with international teams
- Willingness to travel
Start Date : July 2025
Location : Home-based on the East Coast (USA), with travel to clients and to our French headquarters
Contract : Full-time, permanent (U.S. employment contract)
Languages : Fluent in English and French
