About the Role :
As the Global Sales Director Teslin®, you will BE the visionary behind our sales strategy, steering our Teslin® business towards unprecedented growth and success. This is your chance to make a significant impact, working globally. Collaborate with our dynamic operations, supply chain, and R&D teams to bring groundbreaking product innovations to life and ensure our customers are always delighted.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Craft and implement a forward-thinking Teslin® sales strategy that drives both immediate and long-term growth.
- Sales Excellence : Inspire and lead our sales team to uncover and seize new opportunities, maintaining a high velocity in our sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement : Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, becoming their trusted partner and industry expert.
- Profitability : Collaborate with Global Segment Managers to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Team Development : Champion the PPG Way to Lead, fostering an environment where employees thrive and grow professionally.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor Science in business, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in cross-cultural environments.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and a history of achieving outstanding results through customer-centric initiatives.
