Integrated into the HR functions teams and reporting to the HRBP in charge of legal, risk, quality/environment, regulation, communication/public affairs functions, you will BE brought in to work on the following topics :

YOUR MISSIONS

Operational/HR Management
- Daily support for individual relationship management within the scope (in collaboration with employees and managers)

HR Development
- Support in the deployment of our talent management processes (performance, talent review, succession plan...)
- Assist the scope in defining their development plan

Professional Projects
- Participation in the deployment of professional competency benchmarks and the establishment of professional training paths
- Other cross-functional topics may emerge during the alternance depending on the Group and team's current events.

YOUR PROFILE
You can apply if :
- Currently in Bac +4 or Bac +5 in HR studies (business school, CIFFOP, universities...), you have a successful first experience in a company and wish to invest in an operational HR mission.
- You have a sense of service, listening skills, and the ability to adapt to your interlocutors. Curious, you are recognized for your ability to question and seek information.
- You are rigorous and have a good sense of analysis.
- Proficiency in computer tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Comfortable in an international environment, you have a good command of the English language (written + oral).
