We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated apprentice to join our Retail & Strategic Verticals team for 12-month. This role is ideal for a student eager to gain real-world experience in business development, strategic sales, and account management, by supporting both our Business Development Specialists (BDS) and Key Account Managers (KAM) across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to support strategic initiatives
- Help manage CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) : update data, track pipelines, and maintain account information
- Assist in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and action items with internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate on the development of sales enablement tools and product materials
- Contribute to onboarding processes for new clients or partners
- Monitor and report on KPIs, pipeline progress, and strategic project milestones
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving product, marketing, and operations
Profile
- Enrolled in a Master's or final year of Bachelor's program in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a strong plus
- A strong interest in B2B sales, digital technologies, or the payment industry
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
