Within the Leboncoin Group, and more specifically in the Auto Market, come and take part in the CtoB adventure. Leboncoin's mission in this market : to put our know-how, our Audience of private individuals and our capacity for innovation at the service of our customers by providing them with CtoB services to source vehicles at the best price, while ensuring a high level of satisfaction among private individuals selling their vehicles.
The Auto CtoB Business Developer defines, leads and supervises the sales strategy for the launch of a new service for Internet users and customers, with a view to increasing sales and boosting CtoB revenues in the automotive market.
As part of your duties, and without this list being limitative, you will carry out the missions detailed below :
- Co-design, manage and implement the CtoB sales policy in collaboration with the Bizdev department and the customer service department,
- Support professional customers in the operational implementation of the sales policy by ensuring the contractualization and life of contracts with professional partners (prospecting and customer follow-up),
- Ensure the best application of the quality charter with customers in the reception of private individuals, selling at the best price in CtoB. Carry out process audits at our professional customers to ensure a high quality of treatment and service for private individuals selling their cars,
- Coordinate with other company departments (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Billing, Sales, Customer Service),
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and other external events to promote our company as part of the CtoB service,
- Guarantees results and the achievement of sales and profitability targets,
- Manage KPIs and communicate weekly sales results,
- Ensure reporting to Mobility Sales Management.
Qualifications :
Skills required
- At least 2 years' validated experience in a similar position as a sales representative/network coordinator in the CtoB services sector,
- Mastery of sales, negotiation and quality coaching techniques with our network of professionals,
- Good ability to organize and lead partnerships throughout France.
Preferred skills
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and relations with independent used vehicle distribution networks,
- Good analytical and reporting skills,
- Team management skills a plus,
- Knowledge and know-how of Salesforce,
- Fluency in English.
Qualities
- Good interpersonal skills to act as an interface between management, customers and internal support departments,
- Natural leadership skills to federate transversally around the project,
- Organizational skills to coordinate your own activities and those of support departments,
- Rigor and methodology to implement and monitor sales policy,
- Sales argumentation skills,
- Autonomy in managing his/her activity.
Additional information :
Position based in Paris IIe de France (Paris 2ème),
Remuneration according to experience,
2 days in the office or TT + 3 days with customers,
Regular travel to key customers throughout France, with company car at disposal.
