Your Mission & Impact
As a Senior Advertising Account Manager, you will :
- Become a subject matter expert on ManoMano's Sponsored Products and Retail Media solutions.
- Manage a strategic portfolio of key Chinese brands and sellers, overseeing onboarding and performance metrics.
- Actively develop business opportunities to fuel growth within your portfolio.
- Build and implement tailored optimisation plans to help advertisers achieve their business goals.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC...) to drive continuous improvements.
- Act as a performance consultant, identifying upsell opportunities and providing strategic advice to grow accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Data, Marketing) to enhance tools and deliver best-in-class support.
Expertise We Value
Essential :
- Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese to support our Chinese-speaking sellers.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or media account management.
- Proven experience in campaign performance optimisation, ideally with search/display advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset : ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Bonus Points :
- Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
- Experience working with marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with the needs and expectations of Chinese sellers in international markets.
