YOUR OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSABILITES -LE/ LA ALTERNANT(E) DIGITAL COMMERCE :

·Développe et prend en charge l'exécution du plan e-retail media pour la France (brief des agences, gestion budgétaire, pilotage des campagnes et analyse des performances, interactions avec équipes marketing et CPA, collaboration avec l'équipe globale)·Participe aux revues de marché et RDV clients des enseignes - avec sa casquette d'expert e-commerce·Coordonne l'optimisation du digital shelf pour la France - challenge des équipes enseignes et trade marketing, échanges avec l'équipe globale, suivi des KPIs objectivés, garant du process de syndication du contenu·Challenge les équipes KAM / Catman dans le cadre des négociations pour assurer des contreparties de qualité sur son réseau·Pilotage et animation de la Force de Vente sur les enjeux du drive·Assure l'animation des clients confiés avec une vision long terme (Auchan, Chronodrive, Houra, Cdiscount) - animation promotionnelle, recommandation d'assortiment, présentation des innovations, ·Participe aux manifestations autour du Drive (Mastermind, conférences)·Suivi de la performance globale des activations menées : ROI, gain NSV / PDM CA

COMPETENCES - COMPETENCES ET EXPERIENCE NECESSAIRES :

·Une expérience significative en e-commerce et/ou en trade marketing est un plus pour ce poste·Connaissance du OFF Trade·Orientation résultats / clients pour délivrer les résultats qualitatifs & quantitatifs·Gestion cross fonctionnelle, capacité à embarquer : il ou elle devra assurer un rôle d'interface dans la gestion des projets·Capacité d'analyse / d'organisation, gestion des deadlines·Anglais et Français impératifs·
