Our team

The Account Management team supports airline partners through business transformation, customer engagement, and solution adoption. Working closely with Senior Account Managers, the team focuses on building customer relationships, organizing internal and external initiatives, and supporting key projects.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will support the Senior Account Managers in a variety of business coordination activities. Your mission will include assisting with tracking team objectives, supporting documentation, coordinating events, and contributing to promotional and adoption-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with logging and monitoring the progress of team goals and actions (e.g. upskilling, Engage, transformation, SADP updates).
- Help create and enhance essential documents such as Strategic Account Development Plans (SADP), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), etc.
- Support the organization of customer meetings and internal team events, including promotion of team achievements.
- Contribute to promotional campaigns with airline customers (e.g. AFKL) and within Amadeus.
- Provide support in tasks that promote solution adoption (e.g. NDC).
- Work autonomously on recurring processes while receiving guidance for more complex tasks.

Your Profile
- Fluent in English with strong analytical skills.
- Academic background in accounting, corporate finance, or contract management is a strong plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interest or skills in AI is a plus.
- Motivated, organized, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
