Les missions du poste
Key Accountabilities :
- Supervise the organization of the housekeeping team and ensure team spirit by creating a motivating environment.
- Manage the housekeeping staff, in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
- Actively participate in the development of work processes.
- Communicate instructions to housekeepers, chambermaids and valets, team members and lingers.
- Ensure efficient and courteous service on the part of staff.
- Ensure that teams present themselves well.
- Ensure respect for the premises and equipment made available to the Housekeeping department, and take corrective action in the event of malfunctions.
General Requirements :
- 3 years' professional experience in a hotel of the same category
- Curiosity and open-mindedness
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages (at least English)
- Knowledge and use of IT tools
- Proven ability to manage teams
- Dynamic
- Diagnostic skills
- Autonomy
- Sense of confidentiality
