Job Description
Eurofins CALIXAR is searching for a Marketing and Business Manager to support our Recombinant Proteins business line. We are looking for an experienced, energetic individual with in-depth knowledge of recombinant proteins market in drug discovery.
- Campaign development : Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns to increase visibility of Eurofins CALIXAR services and products; driving lead generation and business growth.
- Digital management : Manage and ensure the accuracy of the website, digital solutions (social media, email campaign...) and keyword portfolio (for SEO and SEA purposes), keeping accurate and updated content by adhering to brand guidelines and marketing communications best practices.
- Performance tracking : Establish measurable KPIs, regularly track campaign effectiveness, compile monthly data reports. Implement necessary course corrections
- Content development : Create and deliver marketing collaterals (white papers, app notes, brochures, presentations, posters...) by collaborating with scientific leaders, product managers and global marketing communication team.
- Strategic partnership : Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, to align product development with current industry trends.
- Event management : Support and participate in the management and organization of regional and global events, seminars, trade shows, and webinars.
- Lead generation : Generate prospects, follow up on leads and maintain digital metrics sales lead data through the CRM and appropriate dashboards.
- Customer engagement : Represent Eurofins CALIXAR at customer meetings, develop proposals and convert quotes into new business.
- Customer satisfaction : Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with Eurofins CALIXAR services and products.
Qualifications
- Master degree or PhD in Biochemistry, Biology or related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience
- An additional degree or related experience in Business/Marketing would BE appreciated
- Minimum 3 years work experience in drug discovery markets on a Marketing/Business or product management role
- Prior international business experience
- Leadership and project management
- Multi-tasking/ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Collaboration and teamwork
- A sense of aesthetics and effective communication
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Written and spoken English language
