Les missions du poste
As an intern at the CEA, you will have the opportunity to work within a world-renowned research environment. Our teams consist of passionate and dedicated experts, providing an ideal setting for learning and collaboration. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and top-tier research resources to carry out your assignments. The work conducted may potentially lead to a scientific publication
The internship aims at developing innovative models for elastic wave propagation and scattering from obstacles using Physics-Informed Deep Learning methods (that can explicitly incorporate wave equations). These algorithms can be trained either without a database by minimizing a loss function related to the problem's physical equations and boundary conditions, or additionally using numerically simulated results. The developed models could then be compared to other existing analytical or numerical models for different configurations useful for Non-destructive Testing and including obstacles encountered by the wave.
