Collect training data from country managers and different providers.

Analyze data and verify its compliance with Data Quality standards.

Coordinate data recovery with providers when anomalies are identified.

Format the data for import into Ccube and perform the acceptance in the dedicated dashboards.

Calculate, control and document the KPIs required as part of the CSRD Legal Training audit.

Prepare reliable and traceable answers to auditors' questions during the Q1 2027 audit.

Monitor and update the hard and soft skills competency framework.

Contribute with the BI Engineers to the design of a new Tableau page presenting the hard skills/soft skills split.

Collect and format data related to mandatory skills and mandatory trainings.

Create and maintain a repository of mandatory trainings.

Create a reference table to track the migration from Rise Up to Rise Up 2.

Control the migration data provided by the business teams and compare it with the history available in the database.

Produce clear documentation of controls, transformations, business rules, anomalies and results.

Guarantee an on-site presence in Villeneuve d'Ascq for the duration of the mission.
