You will join the Data Analytics team, part of a larger Data team which also includes Data Science, Data ProductManagementand Product Analytics teams. The Analyticsteammission is to grow the business byidentifyingcritical insights and high value opportunities.You'llintegrate afast growingteam of +30 passionate individuals tackling challenges of allsorts: from scaling marketing campaign analytics to building complex customer segmentations to predicting the outcome of the next football game

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As aStaffData Analystspecialized inbusiness Growth,you will serve as the strategic analytics partnerfor our digital acquisitionand engagementteams.Working closely with Product Directors and senior business stakeholders, you will ensure that every initiative is guided by data, delivers measurable business impact, and contributes toBetclic'slong-term strategicobjectives.

Yourwillleveragestrong analytics skills combined with advanced business acumen in thedigital acquisitionfieldto:

• Partner with Product Directors and senior business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of strategic priorities, business challenges, and future opportunities.

• Deliver high-impact analyses and transform complex data into actionable insights that drive product improvements and measurable business outcomes.

• Activelyparticipatein the definition of our marketing investment strategy to maximize both efficiency and profitability in our different acquisition channels

• Design and conductincrementalitytests to measure and improve our acquisition performance

• Collaborate with transverse data teamsin the deployment of our self-serve analytics capabilities andthe semantic layer definition

As part of yourStaff Data Analyst scope,you willserve as the primary analytics partner for theAcquisitiondomain, collaborating closely withBusiness Leaders, Product Directors,AI/GenAI Leaders, and senior executives to align priorities, shape strategy, and maximize business value. This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and requires the ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

WHOARE WELOOKING FOR?

You should apply if:

• YouholdaMaster'sdegree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent from a top university

• You have at least5years of Data Analytics experience(ideally in Marketing orAcquisition)

• You are "business minded" - youcanmake actionable and impactful recommendations

• Youare capable of managingprojects independently with minimal guidance

• You haveexcellentcommunication andinterpersonalskills

• You are proactive and autonomous in manipulating data (proficiencyin SQL is essential)

• You are familiar with at least one Datavisualizationtool

• You want to grow and keep learning

• You are agile and able to adapt to afast-pacedenvironment

Bonus:

• You know a programming language

• You are aware of Git & versioning concepts

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is selected, you will be contacted byMaximeto complete an online technical test, followed by a 30-minute HR pre-qualification

• Next, you will have a technical interview via video call, covering SQL, Python, statistics, probability, analytics, and business sense

• You will then have one week to complete an analytical Use Case and anAssessFirsttest (personality, motivations, and reasoning)

• After that, you will visit us in our offices to present your Use Case and meetOlivier-Head of Data Analytics(your future manager), Iouri - Chief Data Officer, and a business stakeholder

• During your visit to Bordeaux, you will also have a final HR interview, including a debrief on yourAssessFirsttest
