Sales Graduate Program

Location & timings

Start: October 2026

Base location: France

Length : 18 months

Sales Graduate Program is a strategic initiative to build the future sales talent pipeline across EMEA region. The first rotation and working contract will be located in France (Bellignat or Vichy plants), followed by two international rotations across Amcor facilities in Europe, with the long - term opportunity most likely back in France.

Your impact

During the program, you will:

• Get well rounded business experience


• Deep dive into B2B manufacturing industry with a global scale, understanding Amcor value proposition and contributing to the elaboration of customer specific value proposition


• Understand how the packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside plant sales & customer service teams


• Assist Sales Director in managing portfolio of accounts within beauty & wellness market, focusing on the following activities:
  
  
  
  • Perform store checks, market and sales analysis
  
  
  • Supporting sales team in their daily challenges - preparing customer presentation, reporting, delivering sales data analysis
  
  
  • Prospection, identifying and contacting leads
  
  
  • Manage smaller, domestic accounts
  
  
  
  


• Work in a cross functional environment (plants, supply chain, procurement, innovation, ...) to drive projects and opportunities


• Get technical training by collaboration with R&D and Product Management Teams

What we're looking for

We are seeking high-potential individuals with the drive and capability to build a career in sales, having strong interest in industrial environment.

Candidates with a background or interest in Packaging, Chemical, Beauty, Wellness and Cosmetics industries are encouraged to apply, as this role focuses on supporting customers within the Beauty and Wellness sectors.

What do you need at the start:

• Degree in business, management, engineering, international business, sales management or a related field


• 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or commercial roles (including internships)


• Strong interest in building a long-term career in packaging sales


• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


• Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment


• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Languages:

• Fluency in English & French required


• Additional European language (e.g. Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage

Other requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work across Europe


• Eligibility to work within the entire EU, without additional visa sponsorship needed
