Les missions du poste
International Sales Manager - Equine Segment F/M
Permanent Position - Saint-Malo (or remote work in France)
Reporting to the Sales Director of Other Animal Nutrition Specialties, and in close collaboration with the Technical and Marketing Department, you will carry out the following missions:
- Structure and deploy the product offerings in various countries within the zone;
- Implement prospecting and sales promotion plans;
- Participate in defining the pricing policy and guarantee margin objectives;
- Participate in and lead periodic sales meetings: presentation of results, indicators and short- and medium-term actions;
- Ensure competitive intelligence;
- Establish reporting: activity tracking, key indicators, defining corrective actions when necessary.
All these missions are carried out with the support of our technical, logistics, quality, regulatory, sales teams, etc.
As part of these missions, a training course of several weeks will be provided. This will quickly familiarize you with the company structure, our products and their applications.
Le profil recherché
Profile Sought:
- First experience of at least 5 years post-graduation in B2B, B2D2C business development in the equine field;
- Good knowledge and passion for the equine world;
- Proficiency in English is necessary; a third language is a plus (Spanish, Arabic, or German).
Level of travel in France and internationally: 40 to 50% of the time.
