We are looking for a Partnership & Influence Manager for the brand Martell !
Location: Paris - The Island
Duration: This is a 5-month maternity cover position, expected to run from September 2026 to January 2027.
YOUR KEY MISSIONS ARE:
Support the development of Martell Cognac's global influence strategy, driving culturally relevant initiatives across China and Southeast Asia. Enable cross-functional collaboration to build scalable platforms and frameworks that empower local market activation.
Work closely with the China Lead Market to leverage consumer research, cultural insights and emerging trends to inform strategic development and ensure local relevance.
Develop culturally relevant strategic recommendations that translate global brand direction into locally resonant consumer engagement across China and Southeast Asia.
Support the deployment and execution of Martell's global influencer strategy and activation framework across priority markets.
Coordinate the rollout of existing global influence initiatives-including campaigns, content programmes, talent partnerships, festivals, limited editions and Merch & Wearables-ensuring they are adapted to local market needs while maintaining global consistency.
Partner with Global and Market teams to drive execution, share best practices and maximise the cultural relevance and impact of global influence initiatives.
Partner with the Global Centre of Excellence to support the development of Martell's long-term global cultural platform and vision.
Serve as a key connector across Global Brand, Consumer Engagement, Communications & PR, Digital & Social, Agencies, Legal, Procurement, and Local Markets.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on support to ensure alignment, efficiency, and cultural credibility.
Your Profile
6-8 years of experience in brand management, cultural marketing, influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or strategic partnerships on the brand or agency side.
Strong passion for Asian cultures and a genuine interest in understanding consumer trends, lifestyles, and cultural movements across China and Southeast Asia.
Deep cultural curiosity with a strong affinity for music, fashion, luxury, arts, design, and digital culture.
Proven experience managing talent relationships and delivering impactful cultural collaborations and partnerships.
Strategic thinker with strong creative judgment, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to identify emerging opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex international environments and align diverse teams.
Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and hands-on, with a strong ability to drive projects from concept through execution.
Fluent in English; French is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are essential to succeed in this highly cross-functional role.
