Les missions du poste
As a Key Account & Distributor Development professional, your main responsibilities will include:
* Develop and support distributor networks within the assigned territory.
* Identify, prospect and develop new strategic key accounts.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
* Deliver training and support programs for distributor sales teams.
* Provide technical guidance regarding product applications and customer requirements.
* Conduct customer site assessments and recommend optimization opportunities.
* Contribute to commercial planning and market development initiatives.
* Identify short- and long-term market opportunities and monitor industry trends.
* Maintain accurate reporting and activity tracking within the CRM system.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing and communication teams on business development projects.
* Support the resolution of customer requests, claims or operational issues.
* Analyze competitors and market developments to support strategic decision-making.
* Contribute to the growth of the French market within the Manufacturing and Production Industries sector.
* Travel across France to support customers, distributors and business development activities.

* 100% remote position with frequent travel across France and occasionally internationally ;

Le profil recherché
* Experience in B2B business development within the stretch film, industrial packaging or similar technical solutions industry.
* Experience building and growing distributor networks and commercial partnerships.
* The ability to promote technical, value-added solutions through a consultative sales approach.
* Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Good knowledge of CRM tools and commercial reporting.
* Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to operate autonomously in an international environment.
