As part of its growth, we are recruiting a :
COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT (F/M) ; English as a working language is required
Context : Reporting to the Business Operations Specialist, you will provide daily support to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Business Operations Specialist when priorities allow.
Your challenge : To combine sales coordination with daily administrative support. Occasional travel may be required for internal meetings, company events, or trade shows.
Your main missions :
- Ensure after-sales follow-up for the Chief Commercial Officer's clients, including client communication.
- Coordinate signed campaigns: setup, segmentation, reporting, and necessary communications.
- Prepare meetings, trade shows, and proposals for the Chief Commercial Officer with relevant information.
- Prepare and update sales documents, presentations, reports, tracking charts, and other marketing/sales collateral.
- Handle first-level incoming phone calls.
- Support various administrative tasks and payment reminders related to the Chief Commercial Officer's clients.
- Assist the Business Operations Specialist when priorities permit.
About you:
- English as a working language is required. French is optional
- Associate degree (Bac +2) or equivalent in business administration, international trade, business support, or sales administration.
- First experience or internship in a commercial, administrative, customer support, sales support, or coordination role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to structure information, meet deadlines, prepare documents, and coordinate after-sales activities.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable supporting a senior commercial executive.
- Flexible, with strong attention to detail and a high sense of service.
- Discretion, proactivity, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
