Les missions du poste
As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa region to strengthen our teams.
Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, you are responsible of the company business.
Your main responsibilities:
- You are responsible for customer accounts, and sales revenue in your area.
- You coordinate your sales activity with the other departments (Operations, Technical support, Product Management...).
- You analyze customer needs and define the appropriate solutions.
- You prepare sales proposals and follow-up business opportunities until their conversion to purchase orders.
- You plan and follow-up the customer demonstrations and evaluation with the help of the Support team.
- You actively prospect new markets/clients and participate in tradeshows in your region with the support of the Business Developers and the Marketing department.
- You develop the company's presence within the academic accounts (presentation, sponsorship...).
- You will be required to travel within your area (30% to 50% of your time).

Le profil recherché
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the Defense industry in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, Arabic is a strong plus.
- Business acumen and result oriented, with good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to use standard office software tools (CRM, Excel,...).
