Business Manager Data & ai H/F JEMS Super recruteur

As a Business Manager Data & AI, you will :

- Be a part of our sales team and reporting directly to the Managing Director Benelux

- Act as a true entrepreneur by managing your own profit centre

- Lead a business unit composed of multiple clients and consultants, driving the development and long-term success of your agency (both existing accounts and new business).

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Business Development: Creating, developing, and securing long-term business relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Tailored Solutions: Analysing client needs across various engagement models, including technical assistance, service centres, and project-based delivery.

- Commercial Proposals: Collaborating closely with internal technical teams to design high-value solutions and prepare winning commercial proposals.

- Team Management & Recruitment: Recruiting your own team of consultants and actively managing their careers (project follow-ups, performance reviews, and coordination with HR).

- Financial Management: Ensuring strong financial performance, monitoring margins, and driving the profitability of your business unit.

- Market Strategy: Anticipating market trends, monitoring the competitive landscape, and shaping strategic growth to keep JEMS ahead of the curve.
