Our client, an international consulting firm operating at the intersection of healthcare, science and business, is recruiting a Business Developer for its Health Business Unit, based in Paris, France. The company supports major organizations in the health ecosystem on strategic and innovation topics. You will join a structured but entrepreneurial environment where performance is recognized and where career development can progressively include broader commercial scope and team responsibilities.

Role Responsibilities

* Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the health sector (pharma, biotech, medtech, etc.), from prospecting to closing, with clear commercial objectives and revenue targets.
* Lead a consultative sales process: understand client challenges, ask relevant questions, and cobuild tailored proposals in collaboration with internal consulting teams.
* Ensure followup and client satisfaction during and after project delivery, acting as the main commercial interface and identifying opportunities for additional assignments.



Requirements

* Master's degree (Bac +5) from a leading engineering or business school; a background or specialization in scientific/pharmaceutical topics is an advantage and will help you engage credibly with clients.
* First experience or internship exposure to business development, consulting or a related environment, with a clear motivation to develop a commercial role: ability to prospect, structure and manage a pipeline, and engage senior stakeholders in a professional, autonomous way.
* Fluent in French and English, enabling you to negotiate and present in both languages and operate comfortably in an international context.
