We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager Healthcare & Pharma Europe F/H to develop and grow a portfolio of strategic pan-European customers. Reporting to the Healthcare & Pharma Sector Market Leader, you will develop trusted partnerships with key pharmaceutical customers while ensuring operational excellence across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic Pharma accounts across Europe.
- Define and execute European Account Plans to drive profitable growth.
- Build relationships with Procurement, Supply Chain and Executive stakeholders.
- Lead pan-European commercial negotiations and coordinate international tenders.
- Ensure consistent commercial and operational execution across multiple countries.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments.
- Monitor account performance through financial and operational KPIs.
- Identify supply chain optimization opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 8-12 years' experience in transport, logistics or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing international strategic accounts.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics is an asset.
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required; an additional European language is a plus.
