Senior Key Account Manager Sephora Europe - Permanent Contract

About the role



As Senior Key Account Manager Sephora Europe, you are responsible for shaping and delivering Coty's European strategy with Sephora, one of our most strategic and influential retail partners.



Acting as a senior commercial leader, you define, align and execute short, mid and longterm growth plans across multiple markets, working in close collaboration with Sephora's central teams (Category Management, Brand Partnerships, Marketing & Digital) and Coty's local teams across Europe.



Your role is to strengthen Coty's position as a strategic omnichannel partner, while driving profitable growth, brand desirability and execution excellence across the Sephora ecosystem.




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



In this role, you are accountable for strategic partnership, commercial leadership and business performance across Sephora Europe.



Strategic Partnership & European Leadership




  • Define and lead the European retailer strategy for Sephora, aligned with Coty's priorities and growth ambitions.

  • Build and implement short, mid and longterm customer growth plans across multiple European markets.

  • Position Coty as a strategic, omnichannel partner, driving joint value creation with Sephora.



Commercial Ownership & Negotiation




  • Prepare and lead European negotiations and annual business discussions (France, Iberia, DACH, Belgium, Italy scope).

  • Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including targets across sales, investments, pricing and visibility.

  • Lead strategic workshops, business reviews and executive presentations at regional and top management level.

  • Ensure strong internal alignment across markets and leadership teams ahead of key negotiations.



CrossFunctional Collaboration & Activation Excellence




  • Develop and implement customerdifferentiating strategies and innovative activations based on shopper, market and financial insights.

  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, eCommerce, PR/Influencer, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales teams.

  • Drive the elevation of permanent visibility and temporary activations across Sephora channels.

  • Ensure consistency and excellence in omnichannel execution across markets.



Performance & Business Delivery




  • Drive the achievement of key KPIs including Gross Sales, Net Revenue, GtN, C1, A&CP and market share (Value SOM).

  • Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities and optimization levers across markets.

  • Translate insights into actionable strategies and continuous business improvements.

  • Contribute to the overall category growth and longterm business success with Sephora.




YOU ARE A COTY FIT



You are a senior, strategic and commercially driven leader, with a strong ability to manage complex international accounts and influence senior stakeholders.




  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.

  • Strong experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales or eCommerce, ideally in Prestige Beauty or FMCG.

  • Proven track record managing international / regional accounts with P&L responsibility.

  • Experience leading or supporting Europeanlevel negotiations with major retail groups.

  • Strong knowledge of the European and French selective retail landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including at senior level.

  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and solutionoriented mindset.

  • Highly organized, able to manage complexity and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, international organization.

  • Fluent French (C2/native) and English (C1+) required.

  • Strong team spirit, ownership mindset and drive for results.
