Senior Business Analyst H/F fortil group

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a squad focused on Building & Facility Services in Brussels, Belgium, working in a large-scale Agile environment.

Mission context:

You will join a transversal IT department supporting multiple business lines. Working within the Facility & Purchase to Pay cluster, you will ensure business continuity, take ownership of Epics and Features, and support both Facility colleagues and end-users by ensuring the proper functioning of tools and processes.

Your responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Gather, challenge and consolidate needs from a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders

• Define product concepts, detailed processes and functional architecture in collaboration with relevant experts

• Define acceptance criteria for Epics and Features under your lead

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team during Feature refinement

Testing & Quality

• Support business and user testing

• Organise and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes for efficiency and compliance

Documentation & Change Management

• Create and maintain clear documentation for execution, incident resolution and support

• Lead change management activities: training, workshops and communication

• Apply Agile Way of Working: refinement, delivery process, QAP and sprint ceremonies

Your profile:

Must have:

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience

• Fluent English (mandatory working language)

• Strong experience with Agile methodology

• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with UAT organisation and process documentation

Nice to have:

• Facility Management experience combined with financial insight

• Archibus FMIS knowledge

• BPMN tool usage

• Dutch and/or French

• Analytical mind with strong conceptual thinking

• Structured, solution-oriented and methodical

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Team player, open to change, adaptable communication style
