Activities description:

Sustainably contributes to customer satisfaction for the Alpine vehicle range by improving economic performance, by leading engineering activities in the ADAS scope.

As a Feature/Function Owner, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of a specific vehicle function, from initial concept to final implementation and validation. This includes:

· Defining and maintaining the function's vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall vehicle and business objectives.

· Collaborating with stakeholders (including marketing, product planning, engineering teams, and suppliers) to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications

· Leading the design and development of the function's architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other vehicle systems.

· Managing the function's backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team.

· Driving the validation and testing efforts to guarantee the function meets performance, safety, and quality standards.

· Monitoring the function's performance in the field, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary updates and enhancements.

· Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Main Deliverables:

· Vision and Roadmap outlining the function's evolution and key milestones.

· Function Requirements Specification detailing all functional and non-functional requirements.

· System Architecture Design: A robust and well-documented system architecture design that ensures seamless integration with other vehicle systems

· Validation and Test Plan

· Release Notes and Documentation for each release, including feature descriptions, known issues, and usage instructions.

· Performance Monitoring Reports on the function's performance including key metrics and areas for improvement.

Profil recherché

Competencies:

· Strong understanding of automotive systems and vehicle architecture in ADAS field

· Experience in system engineering, requirements management, and software development

· Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262)

· Experience with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) and safety (ISO21448 and SOTIF) is a plus
