The Opportunity :
Join the team behind NEOMA Business School's Global Executive MBA, a program ranked among the top 50 worldwide (Financial Times, 2024). As a Marketing & Sales Development Representative Intern, you will play a key role in driving the visibility and commercial outreach of this flagship executive program. You'll gain handson experience in international B2B and B2C development, while working in a collaborative, multicultural setting.
This is a high-impact internship where your ideas, energy and sense of initiative will make a real difference.
Your Missions :
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify new B2B opportunities (companies, institutions, alumni networks) in France and abroad
- Support B2C lead sourcing, qualification, and nurturing processes
- Participate in the organization and promotion of recruitment events (webinars, fairs, afterworks)
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and competing executive education programs
- Help refine strategic positioning with actionable insights
Performance Reporting
- Track lead generation metrics and compile regular performance reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement through analysis and feedback
Le profil recherché
- Master's student (business school or related field - M1/M2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, structured, and results-oriented
- At ease with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion, Fireflies)
- Prior experience in sales, events, or prospecting is a plus
