Customer Success& Account Manager (German Market)
Location: Cologne, Germany (100% on-site)

About the GermanOrganization
Based in the Cologne area, the German subsidiary is a key commercial andtechnical hub for the group. A local team of around 15 employees supportscustomers across Germany.
As part of its growth strategy, the company is looking for a CustomerSuccess & Account Manager who will progressively take on the role of Headof Sales for the German organization
Your Main Missions
You will manage anddevelop relationships with an established portfolio of German-speakingcustomers, supporting them in the use of the company's technical products andservices while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, andbusiness growth.
You will identify opportunities for renewals and additional services, guidecustomers throughout their journey, and contribute to the continued developmentof the German subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of German customers
- Build long-term relationships through phone and email interactions
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial opportunities
- Coordinate customer requests and provide timely support
- Maintain accurate customer records and reporting
- Gradually take on broader responsibilities within the German organization
- Prepare for future progression into a leadership role
Profil
Your Background
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Degree-level education
- Experience in industrial, technical, healthcare, safety, or scientific environments
- Experience with customer retention, renewals, or account development
- Initial leadership experience appreciated or ambition to move into management
Profile
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- English and/or French language skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Willingness to work on-site in Cologne
- Interest in a long-term career path with increasing responsibility
Informations contractuelles
What We Offer
- Fixed salary: €45,000-€55,000 depending on experience
- Annual profit-sharing scheme (historically equivalent to approximately 1-1.5 months' salary)
