To support our growth, we are currently looking for an Account Director.

Your role will be to guide the agency's clients in defining their online communication strategy, in collaboration with your team of consultants.

Specifically, you will:

• Participate in developing strategic and creative recommendations for both existing clients and new business pitches.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire your teams on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee the quality and performance of your campaigns, as well as the profitability of your client portfolio.
• Stay up-to-date with digital best practices, contribute to the agency's collective intelligence, and educate both your team and your clients

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in an agency setting (ideally in a digital or social media agency), with significant prior management experience.
• You are passionate about social media, constantly keeping an eye on the latest news, new formats, and current trends. You also have a working knowledge of native creation tools (CapCut, Reels, etc.).
• You possess excellent writing skills with impeccable spelling/grammar. You are equally comfortable written and spoken, able to confidently present and defend your opinions and the agency's vision.
• You have a good command of English.
• You are proactive, business-oriented, and enjoy a good challenge.
• You have a strong appetite for strategy: you love developing communication strategies and evaluating their impact.
• You are enthusiastic, appreciate great ideas and beautiful creative work, and are curious, dynamic, thoughtful, and rigorous.
• You enjoy managing projects and are a true team player.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and general computer tools.
