This is a pivotal role in the concrete & cement central teams focussing on streamlined & consistent methods to track & deliver business performance, analysis, market trends & insights & driving communication tools for new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & GM reporting, analysis & ensuring data reliability
Market insights & Marketing Plans
Marketing Communications - product launches & trainings
Revenue & margin reporting, analysis & ensuring data reliability for concrete & cement separately and combined for the group (SCC). (~ 35%)
The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, and the ability to structure and communicate findings clearly to a diverse audience.
Support data stewardship to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and traceability across a variety of internal systems and reporting tools; Magnitude, Power BI, PIM
Ensure clean creation & maintenance of customer hierarchy & product hierarchy in PIM, working alongside Data Stewardship.
Support to identify gaps/ inconsistencies in data and propose corrective actions. - working closely with central & local finance teams to resolve.
Design and maintain consistent structured databases, dashboards, and extraction reports for SCC and separately for concrete & cement (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
Market Insights & Marketing Plans (~ 30%)
The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of the construction industry / be keen to learn.
Gather centrally available key construction & cement market insights to share with central teams and subsidiaries; highlighting key shifts/ changes in market dynamics.
Support development of structured templates and frameworks for subsidiaries to collect market insights, assess competitive dynamics to outline strategic plans for the upcoming year.

The successful candidate will require good communication skills, the ability to work independently & as part of a team, across a variety of functional teams and nationalities. It is essential to have experience in Microsoft office tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word
Pursuing a Bachelor's +4 level degree (Bac +4 equivalent) in Marketing or an Engineering School program.
Fluent English required
Strong interest in the industrial sector, with excellent analytical skills, rigor, and interpersonal abilities
