As a junior commercial manager will be responsible for overseeing a customer portfolio, focusing sales activities and customer relationship manager. This role requires effective transversal management across key business functions. The successful candidate will drive program success through strong customer orientation, financial acumen, and the ability to operate in complex, unpredictable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage its customers' relationship and sales targets, ensuring alignment with the division and program objectives.
- Transversal management and onboarding of the necessary functions needed to reach the company goals:
o Proograms
o Engineering
o Industrial Operations
o Supply Chain
- Ability to work in a complex environment involving international and diverse customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting with a strategic, customer-oriented mindset.
- Foster a culture of excellence and a customer-oriented mindset culture within the IPT.
Le profil recherché
Engineering degree or business education (or equivalent)
Commercial experience as a sales professional in an industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and Goodpresentation and negotiation skills
- Should have up to 3 years of experience in techno-sales
- High Proficiency in Ms-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Basic Knowledge in Aerospace technology and products will be added advantage
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and committed, with the ability to thrive in highly unpredictable environments.
- Good multicultural communication and collaboration skills.
