Apprentice Cash Controller H/F FORVIA

We are looking for a new team member who will not only get the chance to discover our dynamic industry, but also gain hands-on experience in finance and controlling within an international environment, contribute to key business performance analyses, and work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

The position is based in our Headquarters (HQ) in Nanterre.

You probably have some more questions at this point, so let us introduce the main missions and opportunities:

Cash Controlling

• • • Support monthly cash closing and reporting activities
    • Monitor cash flow performance, working capital
    • Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
    • Participate in cash forecasting
    • Prepare financial reports and dashboards to support management decision-making
    • Support initiatives to optimize cash generation and working capital performance
    • Ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance of reported financial data
    • Participate in cross-functional projects linked to cash improvement and operational efficiency

Reporting & Systems Support

• • • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial reporting tools and dashboards
    • Support users on reporting systems and ensure data accuracy
    • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to improve controlling processes and automation
    • Participate in data analysis projects using Excel, BI tools, AI, and Big Data solutions
    • Help maintain governance and compliance with internal procedures

Your 1-year apprenticeship can start between September 2026 to January 2027 depending on your school calendar.

• • Business School with finance/accounting expertise or master's degree in finance
  • Strong IT skills (excel, AI, Big Data analysis).
  • 1st experience in Controlling
  • International company, and matrix organization experience is a plus
  • Right 1st time, rigorous, accountable and autonomous mindset as a soft skill
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English - French
