YOUR ROLE
You will support the department in strengthening internal and corporate communication across the international terminals network. The role includes drafting and sharing communication content, coordinating with stakeholders worldwide, and structuring communication materials and presentations. You will also support local communication initiatives and assist in the organization of events within a multicultural and international environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Missions related to Communication (priority)
- Define a Communication Plan for CMATH
- Implement, support, enhance CMATH communication strategies, both internally and externally
- Explore, propose and implement new communication tools and platforms to reinforce CMATH and its terminals visibility both internally and externally
- Implement regular communication internally about CMATH portfolio by assisting in creating and developing content for internal communication platforms
- Identify and coordinate with all Terminals to gather suitable information for internal communication
- Strengthen the Terminals' communication with external stakeholders including customers and partners and enhance their visibility
- Support the Terminals in drafting press releases, establishing and managing social media accounts, creating and updating their website
- Promote sustainability, CSR and innovation
- Highlight the terminal's commitment to sustainability and CSR initiatives and develop related contents
- Identify, promote and update information on innovative solutions under study
Missions related to Commercial and Marketing
- Identify and implement new tools to consolidate and structure all the data & study internally: setting up client files, creation of Terminals files, etc...
- Support the Project Team and conduct market studies: analysis of historical data, understanding of the market, identification of the existing shipping lines, competition, etc...
- Monitor market Intelligence and competition: keep track of market trends and competitive activities
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are pursuing a Master's 2 minimum from Business School, Communication, Marketing or related field
- A previous experience in a large international company is appreciated
- International exposure or experience in multicultural environments is a plus
- Interest in transport, logistics, maritime or industrial environments would be appreciated
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are proeficient using PowerPoint and Excel
- You are organized, proactive and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- You have an interest in communication, business and international operations contexts
