Partnering closely with sales, legal, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and customer service teams, you'll help turn complex commercial and legal requirements into clear, workable solutions that support growth and protect the business.In this role, you'll support both inside and field sales teams by managing sophisticated commercial and contractual documentation, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with accuracy, speed, and full compliance. Acting as a trusted liaison between commercial teams and legal advisors, you'll proactively identify potential risks, resolve issues early, and help simplify the path from quote to contract.Beyond contracts, you'll contribute directly to the customer journey-supporting quoting activities, managing customer portals, and assisting with market outreach initiatives. Your work will have a visible impact on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the company's competitive positioning. With a strong sense of ownership and urgency, you thrive on collaboration and delivering results for both internal and external customers.The Sales Support & Commercial Compliance Coordinator is a critical commercial enablement role that sits at the intersection of sales, legal, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and customer service. This position supports the Sr. Inside Sales Technical Specialist and field sales teams by managing highly complex commercial and legal documentation while ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance throughout the sales cycle.Acting as a bridge between Saint-Gobain legal advisors and commercial teams, this role helps identify and resolve potential contractual risks, streamlines customer interactions, and improves overall customer experience. In parallel, the role supports quoting processes, customer portal management, and market outreach activities, contributing directly to growth acceleration, operational excellence, and stronger market positioning.The ideal candidate has strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal documentation, and an ability to translate legal language into business-relevant insights. With a customer-centric mindset, for both internal and external customers, you will have high drive and sense of urgency.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
What do you bring?
BS or BA Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Legal Studies or a related discipline is required.
2+ years automotive or relevant industry experience in a customer facing role, legal documentation check and/or paralegal responsibilities is required.
Certification or Degree in Compliance or Commercial Law Basics is required.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal documentation.
Ability to translate legal language into business-relevant insights.
A customer-centric mindset and approach with high drive and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential and being comfortable working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems, customer portals, and Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, Airtable and AI Tools are highly beneficial.
Ability to travel up to 30%, at least once per month, between Wayne NJ and Detroit MI.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $72,500 to $111,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $79,000 to $121,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
