We are looking for our future EMEA Strategic Account Management (SAM) Associate Director to join our Revenue team !

The role can be based in France (Lyon preferred), the UK or Germany (Munich preferred). Frequent travels to be expected.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account leader to drive Resmed's partnerships with leading pan-European Home Care Providers.

This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for shaping enterprise-level relationships, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and delivering multi-year, value-based partnerships across Europe.

You will operate in a complex, matrixed environment, leading cross-functional and cross-country teams without direct authority to deliver measurable business outcomes

What You'll Do :

  • Own and lead strategic relationships with top pan-European accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with customer and ResMed priorities
  • Build trusted partnerships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
  • Drive value-based solutions combining devices, digital, and services
  • Lead complex, multi-country negotiations and partnership agreements
  • Orchestrate cross-functional and cross-country teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, and share of wallet expansion

What We're Looking for

  • Proven experience managing multinational or pan-European strategic accounts
  • Strong track record of engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in complex negotiations and multi-year agreements
  • Background in MedTech, healthcare and complex B2B environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization without direct authority
  • Experience in value-based or solution selling approaches
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
