The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, curious Junior Account Executive with strong commercial energy.
You don't need to be experienced - we're looking for someone eager to learn fast, take initiative, and build real relationships with schools.
You will play a key role in developing our network of partner schools and bringing real value to teachers and students.
What You Will Do
- Identify and develop new opportunities with public and private schools
- Present Mater Lingua programs to principals and teachers (online and in person)
- Learn to manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing
- Work towards clear targets with team support
- Participate in events, fairs, and field activities
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to improve the offering

- Salary: €1,491 gross/month + variable compensation

- You have some sales experience or a strong desire to start
- You enjoy talking to people and building authentic connections
- You are goal-oriented and motivated by challenges
- You are proactive and eager to learn quickly
- You speak Italian, and have a basic knowledge of English (French or Spanish is a plus)
- You are interested in education and want to make a real impact
