Poste

Part of the Sales department, you will oversee the launch and lifecycle of major titles such as Dragon Ball, Little Nightmares, Elden Ring, etc.

You will collaborate closely with EMEA Marketing teams, global Sales teams, and external partners.


Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key distributors
  • Develop sales animation (special offers, promotional offers) that drive and boost the business, respecting the group strategy and strategic orientations under the direct supervision of the Senior EMEA Digital Sales & Channel Marketing Manager
  • Monitor sales for our distribution networks
  • Optimize product placement and sales within our digital distribution channels, in coordination with corporate and local marketing teams
  • Coordinate recommendations on promotions and prices
  • Coordinate with subsidiaries and other regions to ensure a global consistency in our actions

Profil

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • A successful business experience in the video game industry is a very strong plus
  • Perfect knowledge of the video games market
  • Strong understanding of customers
  • Fluent English required
  • Perfect knowledge of Excel advanced functionalities (pivot table, statistics, macro...)
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive persona
  • Good financial and numbers manipulation skills
  • Goal-oriented
  • Ability to bring people together around a project
  • Good communication - ability to provide valuable information related to the project status in a timely and effective manner
  • High attention to details including accurate and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and proactivity

Contract: permanent / full-time

Remuneration:fixed and variable compensation
