HR Business Partner Lead - France H/F Approach People Recruitment

Our Client, a fast growing & dynamic Innovative Tech Company is looking for its new HR Business Partner Lead (France).

You will own the HR strategy for the French market, partnering with senior leadership and driving organizational impact in a high-visibility, complex environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Navigate complex labour relations, including works councils (CSE).
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on French employment law, balancing compliance with commercial needs.
• Collaborate across EMEA in a fast-moving matrix organization.

Who You Are

• Experienced HR Business Partner in France, ideally in international or matrixed organizations.
• Deep knowledge of French labor law and works council processes.
• Skilled in influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex HR challenges.
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Fluent in French and English, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
