In this role, you will develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned geographical area by understanding the unique requirements of each account and collaborating with the Sidel internal team. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to exceed sales targets in the Benelux region. Your Mission

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers while acquiring new accounts.
• Achieving sales and profitability targets within your assigned territory.
• Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions in coordination with internal teams.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (customer, partners, integrators, suppliers).
• Analyzing market potential and developing appropriate commercial action plans.
• Leading commercial negotiations in line with company policies.
• Ensuring rigorous follow-up of the sales pipeline and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

At least 3-5 years of experience in selling solutions, products, or services in a B2B / industrial / technological environment.
You are result-oriented and able to build trusted customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
A fluent level in English is required. Dutch is a plus.
