Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, recommending solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align offerings with customer needs.
- Prepare and present contracts, proposals, and reports that align with client goals and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze account metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Participate in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes related to key accounts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in contract negotiation and understanding of pricing strategies in a B2B environment.
