Tender & Procurement Strategy
- Define and implement subcontracting strategies aligned with project requirements, risk profile, and procurement policies.
- Prepare and manage RFQs and competitive tendering processes (SOW, BoQ, milestones, acceptance criteria).
- Perform supplier and subcontractor evaluations considering cost, quality, schedule, capacity, technical capability, and economic/geographical risks.
- Conduct benchmarking and offer comparisons on a likeforlike basis.
Contracting & Negotiation
- Lead or support commercial and contractual negotiations in close coordination with Project Managers / Business Managers.
- Negotiate rates, milestones, LDs, warranties/DLP, change mechanisms, insurances, and liabilities.
- Finalize subcontract agreements (frameworks, calloffs, or competitive awards).
- Ensure contractual compliance prior to contract signature and PO release.
Execution & Performance Management
- Support subcontractor mobilization and site readiness, including legal, HSE, quality, and manpower prerequisites.
- Monitor subcontractor performance on cost, schedule, productivity, HSE, and quality KPIs.
- Coordinate interfaces between subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- Track deviations, NCRs, and corrective actions.
Changes, Claims & Risk Control
- Manage variations and claim workflows, including cost and schedule impact assessments.
- Maintain contractual evidence and contribute to dispute prevention and early escalation.
- Identify procurement risks and propose mitigation measures.
CloseOut & Continuous Improvement
- Support subcontract demobilization and contractual closeout.
- Ensure DLP and warranty followup.
- Perform subcontractor performance evaluations and capture lessons learned.
Le profil recherché
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or equivalent.
- 7-8 years of experience in services / works procurement, ideally in EPC, construction, or energy projects.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of subcontracting and project procurement
- Contract negotiation and administration capabilities
- Cost, risk, and offer analysis
- Understanding of industrial and construction environments
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international contracts
- Professional level of English
