Design and lead an effective BI self-service program to empower business teams to take more insights-driven and faster decisions
Deliver high quality BI training sessions to upskill business teams on Power BI development, with different levels depending on their needs/role
Guide trained people to design effective and valuable BI operational reports, with dedicated discovery sessions and mock-ups
Provide continuous support to trained people to develop their own BI operational reports (including data modeling best practices and PBI technical questions)
Support BI validation of self-service reports with BI Lead and ensure completion of preparation activities for deployment
Maintain an holistic view on the overall BI landscape making sure operational reports built in self-service are complementary and in line with the existing Enterprise BI reports
Create an engaged user community through dedicated events, workouts, rewards and appealing initiatives to increase adoption and positive collaboration cross-team
{next step} Identify additional training needs on top of BI (sql, AI, etc.) and propose dedicated plan to address them
{next step} Help assessing data maturity of the different training teams and map key skills to be developed, working in close collaboration with HR

Le profil recherché

Technical skills:

Proficiency in Power BI development, including reports creation
Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
Strong hands-on SQL expertise (advanced level)
Solid understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts, with experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Miro/Figma
Familiarity with Piano Analytics and Snowflake (nice to have)

Past experience:

3 to 5+ years of experience as Data Enablement Lead or similar role, preferable in D2C / B2B environments
Proven ability to drive autonomously a training program at scale (starting from BI) and creating an engaged and active community throughout the company
Experience in developing and optimizing complex Power BI solutions
Proven ability to support analysts in designing and implementing effective dashboards based on data visualization principles and scalable data models
