Backed by over $20 million in funding, this scale-up enables over 500 international brands to compete with e-commerce giants thanks to an innovative platform and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe.
They are looking for a Founding Account Executive M/F to launch and structure their presence in the German market from Berlin. The goal will be to lay the foundations for their growth strategy in Germany and become the first outbound expert in this key territory.
Missions :
- Define and implement the German market entry strategy.
- Identify key market segments and provide feedback to internal teams to refine the product.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to final closing.
- Deliver value-driven product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with founders and e-commerce leaders.
- Act as a brand evangelist at major German industry events.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure local customer satisfaction.

Le profil recherché
- You hold a Master's degree from a top-tier Business or Engineering school.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in complex B2B SaaS sales, including 3 years as a Full Cycle Account Executive and prior experience as a BDR.
- You are a native or near-native German speaker with professional fluency in English.
- You possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
- You are data-driven and have excellent negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in the e-commerce or logistics sector is a significant plus.
