CDD - 2 Months - Paralegal Corporate Law M - F H/F Bel

LOCATION AND START DATE

Position based in Suresnes.

Contract : 2 months CDD

Main Responsibilities

• Support daytoday corporate legal operations for an international portfolio: company creations, annual accounts approvals, registered office changes, etc.
• Assist with exceptional opérations such as mergers, spin-offs, universal transfer of assets and liabilities (TUP), partial asset contributions, capital increases/reductions, equity transactions, dissolutions, liquidations, etc.
• Coordinate with external service providers (formalities agents, translators, notaries, embassies, consulates, etc.).
• Contribute to the group's digital transformation by deploying and managing an internal tool used to collaborate with legal advisors.

Profile

• Experience in corporate law, ideally within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance processes.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, rigorous and collaborative.
• Professional English required.
