Human Resources Head H/F LAUAK

Your Mission

Lead and execute a unified global HR strategy that strengthens talent, culture, leadership, and organizational performance. You will report directly to the VP HR - Wipro Infrastructure Engineering and the CEO - Wipro Lauak, while managing HR teams across all facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Workforce Planning & Talent Attraction: Build strong hiring strategies and ensure skilled talent availability across manufacturing sites.

- HR Integration & Culture: Lead postacquisition integration and act as a cultural bridge across global teams.

- Talent & Leadership Development: Oversee performance, succession, 360° feedback, leadership development, and the full employee lifecycle.

- Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations: Drive engagement, well-being, compliance, and maintain constructive industrial relations in unionized and non-unionized environments.

- Learning & Capability Building: Deploy technical and leadership development programs across locations.

- Compensation & Digital HR: Manage merit cycles, benchmark policies, and lead HR digitalization initiatives.
