Our mission: to improve the daily lives of frontline teams.Our ambition: to become Europe's #1 HR platform for frontline teams.As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will reinvent Skello's inbound growth model: leveraging AI and LLM, automation, and data to turn every inbound interaction into measurable business growth.What you will do- Design and execute Skello's inbound strategy across all markets (France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland).- Build a scalable acquisition system combining SEO, content, automation, and conversion optimization.- Leverage AI and LLMs (yes, deeply, not just for prompts) to multiply content output, speed, and personalization.- Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Looker to operate at a new level of productivity.- Lead a data-driven content strategy: reports, landing pages, videos, calculators, and experiments.- Define and own your KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, MRR, CPL, and make them grow, fast.- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment from awareness to revenue.- Build and mentor a small, high-performing inbound team as we scale.What we are looking for- 4-7 years of experience in inbound marketing or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.- Proven expertise in SEO, lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot mastery expected).- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.- A creative yet ROI-driven marketer who knows how to balance storytelling and performance.- You use AI deeply in your work, not as a toy, but as a productivity lever.- You know and use tools to structure, scale, and optimize workflows.- You thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where ownership and initiative are key.- Fluent in French and in English (C1 minimum, Italian or Spanish is a plus).- If you haven't integrated LLMs into your marketing practice, or if you don't know what Lovable is, this role is not for you.What this role can offer you- A central position in Skello's European growth strategy.- The opportunity to lead one of the most strategic growth pillars of the company.- Access to a strong brand, great data, and cross-functional collaboration.- Real autonomy, high standards, and tangible impact.- A culture built on our SHIFT values:Set the bar higher every day.Have each other's back.Imagine tomorrow, start today.Focus on customers first.Take the work seriously, not ourselves.First Interview: Meet with our VP Marketing, Eliott, to discuss your fit for the role and Skello's vision.Business Case: Work on a real inbound challenge to showcase your analytical and strategic thinking.Debrief: Meet a member of the Sales team, a member of the Product team, and Eliott to discuss your approach.Final Interview: Meet with Quitterie, our CEO, to align on ambition, impact, and culture fit.
